Step 1: Create a report or select an existing report which is not published.
Step 2: Click on the Publish icon .
Step 3: The report has been published successfully.
Step 4: The report status is changed from Not published to Published.
Step 5: The Report is published and user can view it in dashboard. When the status of the report is Not Published, then it will not be available in the dashboard. Only the published report will have share, edit, embed, schedule, send and delete options in the Library. (Refer to the image below).
