Step 1: Click on the 'Design Tab' on the 'Main Navigation' tool bar.
Step 2: Click on the add icon on the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3: Click add new icon. Click on the report icon to create a new report.
Step 4: Drag and drop the charts/reports onto the main screen.
Step 5: Click on reset icon.
Step 6: Warning message popup will appear, click OK button.
Step 7: All the changes will be lost. (Refer to the image below).
