I need to Edit/ Delete the Organization/ Client that has been created.

Step 1: The user can edit the organization/ client by clicking on the edit icon.  
Step 2: If the user intends to delete the organization/ client, then they can do so by clicking on the delete icon. (Refer to the image below).
